Refund, Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approval: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Processing: If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within a certain 2-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from it.

Exchanges

Defects: If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, or if the product becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We’ll exchange it for the same item, free of charge.

Preference: If you’ve changed your mind and prefer a different model or colour, you can exchange the product within 30 days, provided it’s in new and unused condition. Additional costs (or refunds) depending on price differences will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you’re exchanging an item due to a mistake on our part or because of a defect, we’ll cover the shipping costs both ways.

Preference-based Exchanges: For exchanges based on personal preference, customers will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Shipping Deduction: Should the order be dispatched before cancellation, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
